According to Stanford University policy, one is eligible for membership in the Stanford Alumni Association after having completed three quarters of matriculated course work at either the undergraduate or graduate level. As the Stanford APM program is considered professional education, the coursework is classified as nonacademic and will not qualify participants for alumni status.
