MyCLASS integrates learning throughout the organization and takes the learning experience beyond the classroom. It accomplishes this by tracking and managing performance against goals established by participants in the classroom.

MyCLASS addresses two ever-present challenges in the corporate learning environment:

How does MyCLASS work?

MyCLASS extends the learning experience beyond the classroom and increases the likelihood that the skills, behaviors, and tools participants have learned will be applied and their desired results achieved.

MyCLASS includes several important components that help extend the learning experience:

  • At the end of each course, participants are asked to establish goals for applying key learnings back on the job
  • Participants are linked to their managers, a coach/mentor, and their other classmates, who can provide feedback on their progress over a predetermined application time frame (typically 10 weeks)
  • Every two weeks, participants are prompted to enter progress against goals (specific steps that have been taken to date), and next steps or support required to move toward the goal
  • At any time, participants can request feedback and coaching from their managers, their coach/mentor, or their peers
  • Participants can access related content and tools through a performance support feature
  • When the application period is over, goal results are captured so that both the individual and the organization can measure training effectiveness and how it contributes to the organization
  • Finally, MyCLASS data is rolled up into an executive summary report and presented to the senior leadership team with recommendations for building upon and sustaining the training initiative
