Announcing the New
and Improved Center of Excellence
Course resources are now available through the new site
The site you are trying to reach is no longer active. To begin using the new site, please follow the instructions listed below. You can continue to access past materials until the end of February from the new Center of Excellence.
Create a new COE (Centre of Excellence) account
- Go to https://lms.ipslearning.com and click "create new account"
- Select the unique Company Program Code provided to you, and complete the registration form
- An email will be sent to your email address
- Click on the web link to confirm your email address and complete the registration process
- Your account will be confirmed and you will be logged in
Access to New Course Materials
- Go to the unique course URL provided to you.
- Enter your Username and Password if needed.
- When prompted, enter the course “enrollment key” provided to you. You need to enter this one time only.
- You can now access the course and will it be saved to your homepage.
